What to do when the delivery of a videoorder fails.

E-mail is a smart and fast feature to communicate. But it has it's downsides. 

Sometimes our e-mail ends up in your spam-filter or get stuck between anywhere or somewhere in the cloud of the web. So start by checking your spam filters!

The solution:
All of your videoorders are trackable in the section of my profile. You get access to the my profile page by clicking your email adress in the right side of the meny bar.
